Ken Stockman CEO/Founder
Ken Stockman is a seasoned healthcare executive with strong experience with payers and providers focused around government program revenue management, operations, compliance and payment policy. He has a deep understanding of how to build, implement and leverage technology for his clients. Ken was previously co-founder and former CEO of Dynamic Healthcare Systems, Inc. He was an early leader in the Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment industry building a full suite of tools to support the Plan’s initiatives in 2006, and he has also successfully built a full enrollment, member reconciliation and Part D platform. Ken’s expertise in risk adjustment strategy, transaction processing and analytics positions him as a unique subject matter expert.
Tim Spaeth, Chief Revenue Officer
Tim Spaeth is responsible for growing our customer relationships and ensuring that Beacon is meeting its customers’ business needs. Tim is a highly experienced healthcare executive bringing over 15 years of healthcare finance and risk adjustment experience to Beacon. Prior to joining Beacon, Tim was the SVP of Payer Solutions at Episource, responsible for creating and growing their Risk Adjustment Submissions and Analytics software and services. Additionally, Tim was previously the VP of Risk Adjustment and Financial Analytics at Optum, where he was responsible for the revenue projections and financial analytics for Optum’s Medicare and ACA risk adjustment and submission activities.
TOm ellsworth, chief Administrative officer
Tom is a proven C-level executive with a multi-exit entrepreneurial background in regulated industries including telecom and insurance. He has 25+ years of expertise in strategy, operations, fundraising, distribution, SaaS, software development, technology, and marketing with exits/transactions totaling over $1.1B. He leads Beacon Healthcare Systems as the Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for finance, investor relations and key elements of operations that ensure the company and its clients are fully equipped to succeed.
Pamela Cleveland, Chief Compliance Officer & VP Compliance Product Strategy
Pamela is an experienced Health Plan Executive and leads Beacon Healthcare Systems as the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Compliance Product Strategy. Her focus is developing clients quality assurance and compliance programs to ensure their needs are met. She has a deep understanding of how to implement and leverage technology to meet the demands of regulatory requirements while minimizing administrative burdens. Pamela previously implemented an effective compliance program at Medical Mutual of Ohio as the Director of Medicare Compliance, Scott and White Health Plan in Texas as the AVP, Compliance Officer and served as the Regional Compliance Privacy and Security Officer for the Ohio Region of Kaiser Permanente. She holds a law degree from Case Western Reserve University and is certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Healthcare Compliance Association.

STEVEN GEORGIADIS, VP National Accounts
Steven Georgiadis is a veteran health care IT sales professional with over 17 years of experience in the payer market. He is responsible for product sales to large health plans, Blues Plans, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid Managed Care Plans. Steven represented companies from start up to well-established in the payer segment. Several of these companies were OAO Health Care Solutions and ikaSystems, where he managed multi-million dollar sales of software license fees, hosting fees and implementations services.
Pamela Raley, VP Sales, Marketing & Account Management
Pamela's background is in sales and marketing having led teams at Disney (VP), Hearst (VP) and Newsweek (SVP and Chief Revenue Officer). Her expertise is in digital media, and her passion is in health and wellness. At Beacon Healthcare Systems, she gets to champion technology in order to make healthcare management easier and plans to be compliant.
RICHARD PERNAVAS, Vice President, Engineering
Michael Vogel, Software/Engineer/technical Architect
Michael Vogel is in product engineering at Beacon Healthcare Systems, where he collaborates with industry experts, leads software product architecture and sets direction for operations, customer integration and software development. Michael is a leader of product and implementation teams designing, architecting, implementing and managing software engineering operations. He is familiar with scientific, medical and business solutions working in a range of companies from R&D to the enterprise.
JAred Zagorski, DIRECTOR OF Product and Implementations
Jared Zagorski joined Beacon Healthcare Systems with nearly 10 years of experience in Sales, Implementations, Project Management, and Consulting within the Healthcare IT industry. He is responsible for coordinating, leading, training, and implementing Beacon's Virtual Appeals Manager (VAM) application. Jared also serves as the VAM Product Manager where his responsibilities include identifying potential enhancements, conducting market research, and generating product requirements. Jared also helps determine specifications, production timetables, pricing, and marketing strategies.
whitney dehaven, Manager Customer Success
Whitney has been working to untangle knots in the Health Insurance Industry for over ten years. She previously worked for Sterling Health Plans (now Cigna), helping to navigate the introduction of prescription drug coverage to the Medicare Advantage market. Now, as the Manager of Customer Success at Beacon, Whitney is responsible for helping clients utilize data to drive business processes and to assist in adapting to the ever-changing world of health care.
